JFRocks.com Returns and Replacement policy


All sales are final, products returns are not accepted.

All notifications of defective downloads or corrupt links and/or files on any JFRocks product download must be reported within 30 days of purchase.  But we always appreciate you letting us know of non-working links or files and will happily work to correct the issue.

For our now out of production (since 2015) JFRocks CD-ROMs, all defects and non-working replacement requests must have been made within 30 days of purchase.  Thusly they are no longer supported at this time.  CD-ROMs you received should be tested immediately upon receipt and we suggest backing them up on your hard drive or on backup disks.  JFRocks.com reserves the right to not honor replacement requests made beyond the 30 day mark, however, we can and usually will help you out as we understand things happen.  Defective files on CD-ROMs are typically replaced via a download link provided to you the customer.  If the entire CD-ROM is defective and will not load in your computer, options will be given to either send out a replacement, or provide you with a download link for the entire CD-ROM.

**Note** The now out of production (since 2005) Van Halen album CD-ROMs, and VH-101 and VH-102 CD-ROMs are no longer supported as of September 2012. 
The masters do not exist and are not in our possession any longer and no customer service or replacements can be done.
