System requirements

Simply put, if you can view our website's video lessons. You'll have no problem with this purchase option.

A minimum processor speed of 233-megahertz (MHz), such as an Intel Pentium II or Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) processor.

48 megabytes (MB) RAM minimum

2 GB of free hard drive space minimum

Sound card, Video capabilities, and either Windows Media player 10, 11, or some other way of playing video or audio on your machine. Media player or Quick time is recommended

Internet Explorer Version 6 or above, Firefox 1.2 or above, or Netscape 8 or above are required browsers. Internet Explorer is recommended

Broadband internet connection of at least 768Kbps or above is required. The faster your connection speed the better. To check your connection speed please visit http://www.speedtest.net for the best, most accurate free speed test on the internet. If your download speed is less than 768Kbps DO NOT order the Online Access / Download package. You're better off with the CD-ROM package option.

***The Online access / Download product purchase option is NOT AVAILABLE to those with Dial up internet connections. Dial up users MUST purchase the CD-ROM package option.

Online access / Download product contents & formatting

TABs, are in html and pdf formats. HTML is for online viewing, and PDF is for download and printing.

Video is in .wmv format, and is of far greater quality than what's normally used on our website. Video bandwidth averages 600Kbps. The video is awesome!!

Music is in Superior CD Quality 320 Kbps mp3 format (if applicable to product)

JAm TRax are in CD Quality 128-256 Kpbs mp3 format (if applicable to product)
