Option #1:  Online Access & Download Purchase Option:  This option allows you to view and fully utilize your product purchase online, or you may download it to your machine.  Just like viewing regular lessons on the JFRocks.com website all associated Video, Tabs, Jam Tracks, and Music are right there on our product servers for you to view right in your browser.  If you can view and utilize the lessons on the main JFRocks.com website, then you'll have no trouble viewing the product lessons.  It's all on the same server.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ACCESS LINK?:  Great question.  Typically you'll receive a username and password which will be your permanent user login for your first and all future JFRocks online access product purchases within a few hours of your purchase.  Usually it's much faster than that and you get it within the hour, but it does depend on what time of day you order.  Either way it's much faster than waiting days for a snail mail CD-ROM order to arrive.

WHAT IF I WANT TO DOWNLOAD INSTEAD OF VIEW ONLINE?:  No problem but if you do choose to download a backup of your purchase to your machine I strongly suggest that a minimum of a 2 MEG download speed is ideal, such as you can get with a Cable or FIOS connection.  Truthfully most Cable and FIOS connections these days are 10 to 20 MEG or more.

I must state that we cannot be responsible if your speed is less than the suggested minimum or if our server is running slow due to scheduled maintenance, weather, or other issues.  A good rule of thumb for deciding if the "Online Access & Download" purchase option is the one for you is if you can view the regular lessons on the main JFRocks.com website, you'll have no trouble viewing the products online, it all works the same.

Option #2:  CD-ROM:  This option is a reliable high quality choice.  CD ROMs never fail, and will work on any machine, anywhere in the world without issue.  We've been selling CD ROM format products for almost a decade now, and we have yet to EVER have one come back as defective.  Packages typically contain 2 CD ROMs which contain ALL video, TABs, music, & JAm TRax (if applicable) associated with a given product.  The video on the CD ROMs is in super high quality wmv format, far superior to what we offer here with our online lessons.  The TABs and literature are typically in html format and on some products pdf format versions are also on the disks.
