1.  Online Access & download:  Don't wait for the mail, get access to your order within a few hours of purchase. 

(NOTE:  This is not instant access, we have to assign you a username and password and give you access to our secure servers, this can take anywhere from 1 to 12 hours depending on the time of day you place your order and or the country or time zone that you live in.  It's still WAY FASTER than snail mail.)

This is our most popular format.  It not only is a better bargain as far as price goes, but it comes with more features as well.  With this option you can utilize the entire product online.  You can watch the videos online, you can listen to the mp3's (if applicable) online, and of course view and even print the tabs that go along with a given product right online.  Just like you do with regular JFRocks.com online lessons.

You may also download all or some of the product to your computer for offline use.  Be aware however that these are large files and we recommend a connection speed of 1 Meg or greater such as a Cable or FIOS connection if you're going to download and back up your product order on your local machine.  This download option is an awesome feature and the best part about it is there's no waiting for the mail to arrive.  The moment you are emailed your login info you can begin viewing and enjoying the your order online..

Here's how it works.  When you order the online access / download purchase option you'll be emailed a unique username and password within 12 hours of your purchase to access your order.  That user info will be good for any future orders you place going forward as well.  If you order more than one product you'll only have 1 username and password to deal with.  This again applies into the future as well for repeat customers.  This is a great feature because you won't have to keep track of a bunch of login info.  Your one username and password will get you into anything you ever order from us, including any product XTRas associated with your order.

Another great feature with the online access package is there's no need to backup your products, and they'll never get damaged or lost.  They're right there online for you to use from any computer equipped with high speed internet. 

Speaking of high speed internet.  DSL, Cable, or FIOS connections are required to take advantage of this online access purchase option!!  This purchase option is NOT for dial up users.  Dial up customers must purchase option 2 the CD-ROM format option.

As far as formatting goes.  All TABs are in html format and in some cases there is a pdf option.  All music and JAm TRax (if applicable) are in high quality mp3 format, and all video is in superior quality .wmv format, far superior to our standard website videos.  For our style based product line you'll also will get quick access to any product XTRas associated with your order right from product access page.

2.  CD-ROM:  This option is a reliable high quality choice.  CD ROMs never fail, and will work on any machine, anywhere in the world without issue.  We've been selling CD ROM format products for almost a decade now, and we have yet to EVER have one come back as defective.  Packages typically contain 2 CD ROMs which contain ALL video, TABs, music, & JAm TRax (if applicable) associated with a given product.  The video on the CD ROMs is in super high quality wmv format, far superior to what we offer here with our online lessons.  The TABs and literature are typically in html format and on some products pdf format versions are also on the disks.

*We say (if applicable) when we talk about music and JAm TRacks because only our VH-Style, Artist Styles, and Newer Releases come with music and JAm TRax.  Our "JFRocks Classics" line contains Video instruction and literature, but does not contain music or jam tracks.
