I used a Les Paul to record our track
These days Santana uses PRS guitars, however in the early days which is what this lesson covers, he was typically
played an SG, specifically a Red SG with P-90 Pickups.

You're looking for an SG type Front pickup and or both pickups setting sound.

I used a mix of front pickup and the middle position utilizing both pickups on this track.

I also used the bridge pickup for some of the interlude sections and the ending.
